DELICACIES OF PAMPANGA


Sisig
is one of the famous dishes in pampanga it is grilled or fried before it's serve. It is serve in a hot sizzling plate and it is one of the great tradional foods in pampanga.




Bringhe
This food is bringhe or also called as " AROZ BALENCIANA "  is half glutinous rice and half regular rice and the toppings around it is just seafood and boiled egg.



Taba Ng Talangka
This is one of the famous delicacies in pampanga it's made from pure fat of a tiny crab. It's saute a lot with garlic and the squeezed calamansi or a lemon juice with a hot steaming rice while being eaten.




Morcon
Is a savory meat dish just like embutido or meat loaf. In kapampangan version, you just add carrots, ham, cheese and hard-boiled egg then roll it.




Tibok-Tibok
In Kapampangan, it is called " tibok-tibok " but this is also known as " maja blanca ". This is originally made with carabao milk with a lint of dayap or a local lemon and above you add latik.
